Happy Earth Day! When I started Mokuyobi in 2006, my goal was to make fun & functional items that lasted. I would always see people's bags falling apart when I was out in the world and it bummed me out. As a bag brand owner, I never wanted my customer to experience an issue or feel like they had to just throw out a perfectly good product. To make sure this never happened, I wanted to offer a lifetime warranty on all of our bags so our customers can keep their items in use and out of landfills.

It has always been very important to me that Mokuyobi bags were constructed correctly so mistakes and damages are minimal. Of course, that's easier said than done and problems do arise. If you are experiencing any quality issues with your bag, please reach out to us at info@mokuyobi.com so we can not only fix your bag but improve our construction on future bags.

We work very closely with our local manufacturers to ensure the highest quality which is just another reason why we choose to produce our products locally. Not only are we creating jobs and supporting our local community but we are reducing our environmental impact by minimizing the distance that our goods need to travel. We always reuse protective packaging whenever possible and whenever I sew a new bag sample I use nylon scraps from past bag productions.

Most of all, we strive to make positive products to make people happy. Our focus is to do good in the best way we know how- by consciously making awesome stuff!
